Poof! Just like that, the Christmas holidays are gone. Trees are trashed or stashed, decorations are stored except for the one or two items you forgot after everything else was packed away. On Saturday, we’re hosting a small gathering of friends we’ve met since our arrival in July. It’s a hearty appetizer affair and everyone is bringing a favorite.
